As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products.
If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement as soon as possible upon your request. For a refund of items purchased, item/s must be returned in original condition with all included components. All you need to do is notify us within 7 days of receipt of your FTD order. You may call, come in person, or write to us.
For any and all special event orders products such as wedding, funerals and all other special events the floral order can be canceled up to 7 days before the event. Any and all flowers for these events are pre-ordered specifically for these events and can not be canceled or changed after the 7days. No exceptions.
Our default delivery fees are for floral arrangements handled for delivery by one of us or one of our preferred floral partners. Any items being handled by USPS, UPS or FEDEX such as holidays gifts and specialty items (Non-Floral and over 5 lbs) will have to pay their standard delivery fees on top of a 4.95 handling fee according to fees associated with delivery by that delivery handler.
