If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your product, we will send a replacement as soon as possible upon your request or make arrangements for the return of the item and a full refund. For a full refund of items purchased, item/s must be returned in original condition with all included components UP TO 48 HOURS from original delivery or date of pickup. If the order is for a holiday (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas) and delivery was completed, item would have to be brought to our facility on the SAME DAY of delivery in order for us to process a full refund, otherwise exchange within 7 days from physical delivery is available. For an exchange of item/s purchased, item/s must be returned in original condition with all included components up to 7 days from the original delivery date upon delivery of your new arrangement at no additional cost. We do not refund any arrangements picked up at our stores. Exchanges may be done if flowers that were picked up are in the same condition as when they left our store WITHIN 2 days of original purchase. You may call, come in person, or write to us.
For any and all special event orders; such as wedding, funerals, proms, dances and all other special events where flowers have to be pre-ordered and pre-paid WITH AT LEAST A 48 HOUR NOTICE FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS. The floral order can be canceled up to 7 days before the event. All funds will be returned minus the $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Any and all flowers for these events are pre-ordered specifically for these events and can not be canceled or changed after set date. All arrangements for special events are final sale and can not be exchanged once item is picked up and leaves the store. We will exchange/replace all arrangements we deliver/decorate to meet the event's needs.
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. There are seasonal flowers which are available for a limited time every year, such as but not limited to: Peonies, Irises, Tulips, and Daffodils. If your arrangement includes these seasonal flowers, we will substitute for an appropriate flower of similar value or higher. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.
Our default delivery fees are for floral arrangements handled for delivery by one of us or one of our preferred floral partners. Any items being handled by USPS, UPS or FEDEX such as holidays gifts and specialty items (Non-Floral and over 5 lbs) will have to pay their standard delivery fees on top of a 4.95 handling fee according to fees associated with delivery by that delivery handler.
Time requests are considered, however, they are not guaranteed. Schools/Businesses and special events always get priority as they do close and have start/end times to their business day. You may call us directly at 610-495-9954 to obtain a 2 hour delivery time window guarantee or state it under special instructions. The 2 hour window is an additional $10.00 fee on top of the delivery fee. Our daily delivery hours are from 9 AM - 8 PM EST from Monday to Saturday. Delivery hours are extended until 9 PM EST on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We do not guarantee delivery times UNLESS the 2 hour time window has been purchased. In case an order is placed during the above holidays, it is considered a special order and is guaranteed to be delivered by 9 PM. If order is canceled or refused at the door by recipient, a refund will be issued minus a delivery attempt/processing fee of $8.99 to cover costs of processing and delivery.
Please note that all deliveries will be attempted once on requested date and if no one is home to accept the delivery, we will tag their door and reschedule delivery upon call back from the recipient. We can not leave arrangements outside unless weather permits or a special request is added to the order. We will hold the order up to 7 days for redelivery/pickup.
